Katie spent fifteen years in accident & emergency, most recently as Nursing Sister at Arrowe Park, before aesthetics became her full-time calling in 2017. That background isn't a bio line; it's why nervous clients relax here, why complications don't scare us, and why "medical clinic" on the pink door actually means something.
